Brno (South Moravian Region)

Czechia's second-largest city, with an active gay community (around Náměstí Svobody and the Brno Pride circuit).

Smaller Cities and Rural Czechia

Testing: Travel to the nearest ČSAP checkpoint (Prague, Brno, Ostrava) for community testing, or use a private laboratory for a three-site STI panel.

PrEP: Via the HIV Centrum at the nearest university hospital infectious disease department. A GP referral can initiate the process; ČSAP can also facilitate from a distance.

PEP: Go to the nearest krajská nemocnice (regional hospital) or fakultní nemocnice (university hospital) — all have emergency departments that can initiate PEP. Follow up at the nearest HIV Centrum. The 72-hour window is absolute.
