Chemsex exists in Estonia, though it's less openly discussed than in larger Western European cities. Estonia has one contextual advantage: the country's significant experience with injectable drug harm reduction (primarily fentanyl and amphetamines) means harm reduction infrastructure — needle exchanges, counselling services, naloxone availability — is more developed than in many similar-sized countries, and benefits the chemsex community even where services aren't explicitly labelled "chemsex."
For drug mechanics, overdose protocols, and harm reduction principles, see Chemsex: The Clinical Guide.
Emergency
Call 112. If someone is unresponsive, having a seizure, or you suspect GHB/GBL overdose — recovery position, call 112, stay with them. Calling 112 is always the right decision.
