Lviv & Western Ukraine
Lviv serves as a critical medical and logistical hub, especially given population displacements.
- Testing & PrEP: You can access free rapid testing, condoms, and PrEP referrals through the local branches of Alliance Global and 100% Life.
- Hospitals: Lviv Regional Clinical Hospital of Infectious Diseases handles PEP and HIV treatment.
Odesa & Southern Ukraine
Odesa has a historically strong HIV advocacy and support network.
- Community Centers: NGOs operate drop-in centers offering testing and social support.
- Treatment: The Odesa Regional Center for Socially Significant Diseases is the primary state hub for ART and PrEP prescriptions.
Other Cities
In almost all regional capitals (обласні центри), you will find a state AIDS Center and a Trust Cabinet (Кабінет Довіри). These are your primary state resources for PEP, PrEP, and HIV treatment outside of Kyiv.
