Drug use is illegal in Slovakia and enforcement is not negligible — this creates real barriers to seeking help. Healthcare providers and Dom Svetla staff are bound by professional confidentiality; being honest with them about chemsex will not result in police involvement. Slovakia's conservative social environment means chemsex-specific support structures are less developed than in western Europe — Dom Svetla is the primary resource.

For drug mechanics, overdose protocols, and harm reduction principles, see Chemsex: Safety — General Guide.

PrEP During Chemsex

Daily PrEP provides protection during sessions if taken consistently. On-demand PrEP (2+1+1) requires the pre-sex doses to actually be taken, which is harder during spontaneous or extended sessions. Dom Svetla can discuss which approach makes most sense for your patterns of use.
