The Gay Men's Health Service (GMHS) is the epicenter of gay and bisexual sexual health in Ireland. Located in Dublin, it operates as a peer-led service tailored specifically to the needs of the community, meaning you never have to explain the mechanics of gay sex, open relationships, or chemsex to the staff.
