⚠️ GHB/GBL Dependency
G is physically addictive. If you have been dosing around the clock (24/7) for more than a few weeks, do not stop cold turkey.
Sudden withdrawal from heavy GHB/GBL dependency is a medical emergency that can cause severe delirium, seizures, and death. Do not try to detox alone in an apartment. Present to a hospital Urgencias (Emergency Room) and state clearly that you are dependent on GHB/GBL and require a medical detox.

If someone is unresponsive, not breathing normally, fitting, or has collapsed — call 112 now. Put them in the recovery position if they're breathing, tell the operator what was taken if you know, and stay with them until help arrives. Getting them medical help is the only priority.
Spain does not have a formal "Good Samaritan" law that guarantees immunity when calling for an overdose. Possessing or consuming drugs for personal use in public is an administrative offence under the "Ley Mordaza" (resulting in fines, not prison). However, emergency services (112) prioritise saving lives over policing consumption, and calling an ambulance is the safest and most important action to take.
Whatever the local law on drug possession, emergency responders are there to keep the person alive, not to police you. Never let fear of getting in trouble stop you making the call — a life comes first.
