Germany's second-largest city and a significant LGBTQ+ hub, particularly around the St. Georg neighborhood (Lange Reihe).

Munich has a well-organized sexual health infrastructure, with much of the community anchored around the Gärtnerplatzviertel.

If you are outside a major urban center, the same principles apply, though services may be less concentrated:
