Prague has an active chemsex scene. The Czech Republic has a generally pragmatic drug policy — low-level personal possession is decriminalised — which reduces much of the fear around seeking help.

For drug mechanics, overdose protocols, and harm reduction principles, see Chemsex: Safety & Support.

Emergency

Call 112. Czech emergency services treat drug-related medical emergencies as medical situations. Personal possession for personal use is decriminalised — emergency services are not there to prosecute.
